We offer original Korean skincare products. All product details, prices, and images are presented as accurately as possible. However, colors or textures may vary slightly due to screen settings.

2. 💳 Payment & Delivery

• We currently offer Cash on Delivery (COD) only.
  
  
• Once confirmed, orders are usually delivered within 2–5 working days.
  
  
• Delivery charges apply: 100৳ inside Dhaka, 130৳ outside Dhaka.
  
  

3. 🔁 Returns & Exchanges

• Returns/exchanges are only accepted if:

  • The item is damaged,
    
    
  • Or the product is expired.
    
    
• Contact must be made within 48 hours of receiving the product.
  
  
• Opened or used products cannot be returned.
